Plateau Veterinary Hospital Late/No Show Policy

• If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding.
• Appointments are scheduled at your convenience. As a courtesy, we expect at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, requiring a non-refundable deposit for rescheduling, or, in some cases, discontinuing our services.
• Plateau Veterinary Hospital does NOT accept American Express, Discover, or personal checks as forms of payment.
• Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
